You may hold one account only on 14pkr. Creating more than one account — regardless of the email address, phone number, payment method or device used — is a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 14pkr will close the secondary accounts and may, at its discretion, apply restrictions to the primary account as well.
When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real full name, a valid email address, a current Pakistan phone number, and your correct date of birth. Providing false information at registration is grounds for account closure.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication details — confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. 14pkr will never ask for your password by email, chat or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately.
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal. You will be asked to submit a copy of a valid CNIC or other acceptable identity document. This is a standard requirement across online gaming platforms and helps protect against fraud.
All transactions on 14pkr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

14pkr may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud or a terms breach, any balance held may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any withheld balance will be returned.
